This is the paper pattern for the TIE Blouse with PEGGY Collar and LANTERN sleeves.
The TIE Blouse is a loose fitted blouse with a v-neckline
and is sligthly cropped. The blouse is closed with ties in
the front. The PEGGY Collar is a wide collar with square flaps in the front and round shape in the back. It has a ruffled edge, but can be made with or without ruffles. The LANTERN Sleeve is a two piece sleeve, with a t-shirt style upper sleeve and voluminous puff style lower sleeve. The sleeve hem is gathered with elastic.
