Welcome to our Shipping and Ordering Guidelines page! Here, you'll find everything you need to know about placing your order and what to expect during the shipping process.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS!
We’re excited to announce that we are shipping to the USA again! All duties and customs fees are included in your order (Delivery Duty Paid or DDP) with Canada Post via USPS. With DDP, you won't face any surprise charges upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay!
Please Keep in Mind:
- Shipping transit times do not include order packaging and processing. Orders take 3-5 business days to be processed before they reach the hands of the courier.
- All fabric is sold in half-meter or half-yard increments. When ordering, remember that Qty 1 equals 1/2 meter or 1/2 yard, Qty 2 equals 1 meter or 1 yard, and so on.
- During free shipping promotions, this will be indicated in your shipping options at checkout. We always ship with "no signature required" to avoid delays unless specified by you.
- If any textile stock is unavailable, a refund will be automatically issued. PDF sales are final and non-refundable.
- For oversized packages, additional shipping charges may apply, and we won’t ship your order until these charges are settled.
Current Promotions:
Enjoy free shipping on domestic Canadian orders between $250 and $449.99 CAD before taxes and after discounts. Some exclusions may apply, so check the details.
Flat rate shipping is available depending on which courier we choose based on availability. Choose your preferred courier at checkout, as opting for a specific courier may incur extra fees.
Orders totaling over $450 will incur actual shipping charges. If you reside in a rural northern postal code or your order weighs over 25 lbs (11 kg), additional shipping fees will apply.
We are an online-only shop, not open to the public, but we do offer local pickup in Iroquois, ON. Use the code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
If you have any questions, please reach out via email. We strive to respond within a few hours during the workweek, but it may take longer on weekends and holidays. Ensure you provide all your contact information accurately to avoid shipping delays.
Important Shipping Information:
Our fabrics are organic, eco-friendly, and may have slight variations in color, weave, or imperfections. We recommend ordering swatches for color matching, as fabric variations are inherent to organic textiles.
Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days and shipment timelines will depend on the customer's chosen shipping method. Please note that Iroquois, ON is rural, and delivery times may vary.
All orders must have correct shipping addresses on file. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping fees to resend the order.
Refund and Return Policy:
All fabric sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective products, which must be returned uncut and unwashed. Approval is required for any return.
