The RAFALE windbreaker combines the classic, timeless fit of an outdoor garment with the attention to detail so dear to Maison Fauve. Your face will be well protected by a lined hood turned up with a small visor and tightened by a drawstring.
The cut is structured with worked cut-outs and worked yokes, an impeccably cut sleeve emphasised with small darts, a large kangaroo pocket with a trompe l'oeil flap (you can slip your hands in but not open the pocket from the top) and a comfortable length. Practical and stylish, it can be reinvented to suit your choice of fabric and your outfits.
Sewing Level : ADVANCED. The technical aspects of the pattern are making the french and folded seams, fitting an invisible zip, fitting elastic and sewing rounded areas and darts. The pattern isn’t very difficult technically but it does comprise of lots of pieces.

Choice of fabric: Light, supple fabrics weighing between 70 and 200g/m2, such as fine denim, fine coated or water-repellent fabrics, but also fine gabardine, medium-weight twill and cotton satin. For the lining of the hood, a cotton voile will be the most comfortable.
The pattern does not include a lining, but the interior finishing is impeccable thanks to the French and folded seams.
