Men's Chino PDF sewing pattern Simple and stylish, the Men's Chino Pants sewing pattern is a versatile addition to your wardrobe. These pants have a slim fit that is both flattering and comfortable. They have a traditional front fly and a straight waistband with belt loops. The Chino Pants pattern includes slightly slanted deep front pockets and sleek welt pockets in the back. Depending on the fabric you choose and the shirt you pair them with, the Chino Pants can take you anywhere, from the office to an evening out to running errands on the weekend.

If you are new to welts and zippers, it's only a matter of practicing a few times! The chino pants sewing pattern has a front zipper and welt pockets. The instructions take you through each step with illustrations, and we have a sew-along video on YouTube.
Fabric and notions
Make your Chino Pants with bottom-weight sturdy cotton, linen, rip-stop, canvas, denim, or other traditional bottom-weight fabric. The Chino pants sewing pattern will fit more comfortably if the fabric has a little lycra in the composition. Use woven cotton for the pocket lining—one front button.
The sewing pattern features the following.

It is recommended that all of our fabric (except those that have specific care instructions noted in the product description ie. Wool) be washed in cool/cold water, no chlorine bleach or fabric softeners, phosphate free soap, tumble dry low with like colors or to maximize longevity, line dry.
