What you will practice with this vest sewing pattern: how to assemble a notched collar, to sew side pockets, to sew piping, to elasticate a waistband.

Material suggestions:
- Woven: poplin, flannel, viscose, silk, dobby, double gauze, chambray, linen, seersucker, fine baby corduroy.
Fabric and trims:
- 4 buttons diameter 12 mm / ½"
- Thin fusible interfacing
- 2.5 cm / 1" elastic
- Optional piping
Fabric requirements are indicated for top and bottom separately in the case of mismatched fabrics, and for the set if a single fabric (requirements are then optimized).
Fabric width is 140 cm / 55".
