Material suggestions:
- Stretchy fabric: thin jersey with or without elastan, pointelle knit, ribbing.
- Cotton jersey for the inner gusset
- Optional ribbing (in this case allow 50cm of stabilmanche or thin ribbon + 100cm of 5mm wide elastic)
