The Aura yoga mat bag is a simple and practical, cylinder-shaped roll-top bag with a carabiner closure. It’s sized to fit most standard yoga mats. The bag is fully lined, and it comes with a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap.
Materials & supplies:
Fabric suggestions
Choose a strong, non-stretch fabric, such as canvas, denim or other tweed. You can also make use of leftover fabrics, as the pattern pieces are quite small. For the lining, choose a lighter but durable non-stretch fabric, such as plain cotton. Avoid using fabrics that are too rough, so that the yoga mat can be easily tucked into the bag.
It is recommended that all of our fabric (except those that have specific care instructions noted in the product description ie. Wool) be washed in cool/cold water, no chlorine bleach or fabric softeners, phosphate free soap, tumble dry low with like colors or to maximize longevity, line dry.
